Fire Service Testing Company, Inc., was incorporated in 1994 to provide quality personnel testing to police, fire, and EMS agencies for entrance and promotions.  We now have satisfied customers in over 40 U.S. States, half the Canadian provinces, and overseas.   Our service offers industry-leading flexibility to the customer, such as allowing the customer to specify which books to use to make up their tests, and the option to have us create questions from their own SOPs, among others.   Unlike most in-house testing, all these materials are developed by people specially trained in creating testing instruments which results in tests perceived as especially fair, clear and only very rarely challenged.
